Outline of Project

Building survey of a complex operational logistics site on an extensive rural campus, previously an airfield. The units were variously constructed in the 1930s, 1970s, 1990s and 2000, with a wide variety of structural types.

The final report considered repairing liabilities and provided estimated costs for repairs, improvements and ongoing liabilities.
