CDM

The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 (CDM) is an important piece of legislation as it places a number of legal duties on clients, designers and contractors, with severe penalties for breaches. It is especially important that the client only employs suitably qualified competent people.

We have been actively involved with CDM since it’s inception in 1994 and have acted as CDM Coordinator on a vast range of projects. In addition our people hold a range of construction, property and health and safety qualifications, including the NEBOSH Certificate in Construction Safety and Health.


PROPERTY RISK ASSESSMENTS

Our risk assessment consultancy helps provide our clients with peace of mind and helps them achieve effective risk management for their premises. By working closely with each client we can develop a complete risk assessment plan for a single building or an entire portfolio.

Due to the broad range of skills available at Weston Allison Wright, we can combine our risk assessment inspection with an accessibility audit to aid our clients in fulfilling their duties under the Disability Discrimination Act.
