Subsequently our client base has expanded into the areas of education and health. The majority of our work is repeat business from clients who have remained loyal to us since the practice was established. These range from private sector international asset management companies to private developers, health service GP practices and school governing bodies. We have developed expertise over many years in the full range of professional building surveying services. We advise clients throughout the life cycle of their buildings, from acquisition surveys or advice on feasibility for new build developments, through to the specification of refurbishment and administration of new works. In many cases we are involved in the ongoing maintenance of clients estates offering advice on statutory requirements and consents, planned maintenance, dilapidations and other property related matters. |
